On Wednesday, Sacred Heart freshmen, sophomores, and juniors will take part in a national standardized testing day.  The freshmen will take the PLAN test and the sophomores and juniors will take the PSAT test.

On both the PLAN and the PSAT, it is important to answer every question, because unanswered questions are counted as wrong.

When preparing for testing, here are some helpful tips to keep in mind:

  1. Get a good night of sleep the night before.
  2. Make sure everything you need is ready the night before, so you are not rushed in the morning.
  3. Eat a healthy breakfast in the morning – not just a granola bar.
  4. Bring #2 pencils.
  5. Bring a snack for your break.
  6. Wear comfy clothing.
  7. Plan on being at school in your TEAM by 8 a.m. on Wednesday morning.

Good luck on the test, stay focused and calm and you will do great.  Just remember you will be on Fall Break when you walk out of the building on Wednesday afternoon.
